what do you think? fix size of back foot and leg so other ones pops out more? define bottom fingers on gauntlet? color the f'n thing? add environment(probably lastly), define kickarse helmot? make legs a bit more interesting? bring down the craziness level on the sword axe thing?

i have no idea what I made but I like it, started out just doodling a lanky dude and other stuff just came in to play, I did this for my Eccentric Illustration class with David Ball, I'm not happy with anything that I did in the class, but I got a lot out of it nonetheless,
as for the piece, it needs more work... gotta get the atmospheric perspective right, and clarify things, the composition is a little funkay, the colors got a bit twirped. I might split this up into two pieces to work on. or just redo 2 pieces based off of this one and limit the time i have on each one, maybe just about an hour, and think dedicated strokes then noodling the hell out of it, which tends to me my downfall for photoshop work. I really like the concept still, really inspiring for some reason. anyways, all in all,
great learning experience.

Yes, this is the same creature as my blog header... cant wait to post more so this wont be located directly under my header.YAY PArallels.
He came out of me one day while i was at the school MAC labs at the 180 building, i was surrounded by so many computers and concerned with other homeworks, i was ALL like "arrr...blah!" and took out my tiny sketchbook and went at it for an hour straight, this is him in photoshop. Trying to figure out a good way to put value quick to these guys, could have a more interesting background, got a few tips from my teacher David Ball. Will start doing that from now on. Thanks David.

spring semester 2010 - submitted to the spring show, didn't get in, maybe i need more variation. iono, maybe ill draw more girls, and portraits and hands or something. :D

was working on 1/3 adv.perspective asmt. then it dawned on me, i haven't done a photoshop portrait in a while. so i did one. didn't really play with the brush options, just found a good one with nice shape dynamics + combo w/ eye dropper. Glad I took C.Canga's advice on getting a mirror and posting it right next to my desk area.so "Thanks Canga!"

Well, I've really been wanting to show people some of my art, but facebook, and deviant art made me reluctant to do so, so I finally got this blog site up and going. This is going to be my main art update site.

Here is some drawings / oil paintings / photoshop work from my past 3 year collegiate career so my blog doesn't seem so dry.
